Directions Description: For best results, it is important that the wooden surfaces are prepared before applying glue. For lamination, the surfaces should be planed smooth, leaving the board surface free of machine marks, tear out and snip. Also be careful to avoid burning and stop cutting. Generally apply a generous amount of glue to one of the surfaces. Apply the adhesive to both surfaces of hard adhesive Rub together with the other surface to distribute the adhesive evenly on both surfaces. Enough adhesive should be applied to ensure that a fine adhesive clip occurs when clamping. Coverage: One gallon gorilla wood glue covers about 9.8 m2 One floating ounce covers about 0.44 m2 Clip: The technology and type of clip to use are determined by many factors. Generally, you can apply enough pressure to make a nice pearl adhesive squeeze out when the correct pressure is applied. Tension Time (the amount of time pressure must stay applied): 20-30 minutes for room temperature applications. The temperature must be above 13 °C. Please note that the squeezing time may depend on temperature, humidity and wood porosity. Curing time (amount of time for glue to reach total bonding strength): 24 hours. Clean while the glue is wet: Use a clean, damp cloth to wipe off excess glue. After the areas have dried completely, sand as needed.
